VISS by Vicky is pleased to welcome Mihai Gorghi, massage therapist extraordinaire. Licensed since 2001, Mihai trained at the Massage School of Santa Monica and began his career working at one of the oldest spas in Los Angeles – Finland Bath’s Massage in Sherman Oaks. As with all things VISS, a session with Mihai will leave you feeling relaxed, content, and rejuvenated.
Swedish Massage
The best known type of massage, used to relax the body and improve blood circulation. Swedish massage is a classic technique using therapeutic soft tissue manipulation to ease muscular tension and stress while providing deep relaxation and a sense of renewal.

Deep Tissue Massage
Similar in technique to Swedish massage where the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. This technique manipulates sore, tight muscles and the connective tissues that hold them in place. Deep tissue massage helps increase blood circulation, release built-up toxins, heal and restore balance to the body and to the nervous system, and increased flexibility.

Aromatherapy Massage
A technique that uses pure essential oils and various massage techniques, including lymphatic drainage that serves to restore energy and leave you with a sense of heightened well being.

VISS Custom Massage
A specially designed massage based on physical history, training goals, and postural assessment that utilizes a combination of techniques that will help ease body tension (shiatsu, sports, Thai, aromatherapy, stone etc.).

Stone Therapy Massage
A technique used to balance the body’s emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual energies. The gentile application of heated stones is part of a deeply relaxing and penetrating massage that unlocks the body’s natural healing energies. Each 1.5 hour hot stone massage session promotes deeper muscle tension relaxation with the use of smooth, heated stones at key points of the body.
